Most women do not have enough time for anything when they have office and house work to do.Plus it takes them much time to do make up.Here are some few tips for quick beauty treatments.
Remember,u need to keep aside a teeny-tiny bit of time for your daily-beauty.I have oily skin, so i am blogging tips for oily skin.
- By daily cleaning and weekly scrubbing your face,you can retain the glow. Scrubbing removes the dead cells and you can feel the immediate freshness .
- By selecting the suitable cosmetics, you can avoid pimples and other problems.
- You can massage you lips daily before bed with a lip balm/lip gloss.
Beauty items:
- Face wash or cleanser for cleaning(I use Himalaya products)
- Toner (I use Himalaya)
- Sun Protection cream(I use Street Wear)
- Skin Scrub(I use Himalaya Walnut )
- A beauty calender to keep track of what treatments we do
For Oily Skin:
- Whenever you take bath, make sure to wash your face and neck with face wash.Its a matter of just 1 minute u know!To completely remove the oil,you need gel based face wash instead of soap.
- Next you can apply a water based cleanser.
- To close all facial pores,u can use astringent lotion.
- For protection from sun,u need water based sun protection lotion.
- Mark what u have applied in your beauty calendar before going out!This will remind us to be systematic.
- At night,use face wash, moisturizing cream,gel based cleanser, astringent lotion,brush your teeth and go to bed..
Sunday Special!
You need to spent just extra 20 mins in ur bath
- First we need to nicely scrub your face.U can use a scrubber with Avocado or protein.
- Or Mix 1 teaspoon Orange juice and 1/2 teaspoon Oats powder and massage clockwise.Wash it after 1 minute.
- As Toner use rosewater.
- For face pack,we need
- 1 teaspoon orange juice
- 1/2 teaspoon tomato juice
- 1/2 teaspoon oats powder
- Mix them and apply on face.After 30 minutes,wash it off after massaging with a wet cotton cloth.
